Return Policy

We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are not happy with the item(s) you have purchased you can return it up to Sixty (60) days after delivery as long as your item is in original unused condition and in the original packaging.  If you would like to return an item please contact us at sales@kitelife.ca and included the following information:

  • Address your return will be shipped from
  • Item name and SKU if applicable
  • Invoice number
  • Reason for return
  • Box dimensions and weight

Once we receive your return request we will email you a return shipping label.  You can then drop the item off at your local UPS, FEDEX, or USPS depot (depending on the service used).  When your package is received and inspected you will receive a full refund.  If you no longer have the box that the item was shipped in you will be responsible for packaging it in a safe way to ensure it is not damaged.  We will not be responsible for poorly packaged items that are damaged during shipping.


Some items are sold AS-IS and these do not qualify for returns.



If you would like to exchange an item for another size or another model please contact us with the information listed above.  Also include what you would like to exchange your item for ie) exchange medium size for a large size.

Store credit is also available if you would prefer.

Exchanges will only be accepted for items that are returned in their original condition and in the original packaging within sixty (60) days of receipt.

DOA or Not As Described

All products are inspected prior to sale.  All used equipment is carefully looked over and issues are noted in the description.  If you receive an item that is not in the condition that was stated please contact us right away.  Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority.

Please contact us within seven (7) days if you have any issues at all.
